Wanted to let you know how well the move went yesterday under some trying conditions. Your crew had to carry in from the street, in the rain, cram into a little elevator and they pulled it off without a hitch. They took great care to protect our belongings from the elements (& it was nasty out) and showed nothing but respect for my fellow tenants and the building. Thanks again.

I think it was a difficult move from Michigan to North Carolina. We had a whole van full of items. Many heavyweight items.

Pretty seamless. My items came 9 days after the time frame. A little long wait but they kept me informed and I got reimbursed $900 so I thought that was fair.

Overall, this was a good experience (if moving can be described as such -- as you know, it is stressful, no matter how good the movers are). One issue seemed to be communication between the office, dispatch, packers, driver: there were to be two stops in Mississippi, house and storage unit, but items weren't stirred by the packers so on arrival I needed to say, "in the house" or "back on the truck". I had marked the n boxes I packed, but boxes and furniture taken care of by packers were challenging. But Gerald and Dwayne were cheerful about it and terrific to work with. I haven't finished unpacking yet (so many boxes!) But so far the packing seems to have been really good. Nothing broken so far. Thank you, Mayflower - Scott, Jay, our packers, and especially Gerald and Dwayne.

Great job done by everyone we worked with from getting the quote to final delivery. Awesome employees that were helpful, experienced and really good at their respective jobs. Not one problem that wasn't solved. Very satisfied!!
